With love and potato stamps

Did you have a nice Mother's Day weekend? I had fun crafting with my little buddy M., while his parents went out for brunch and a bit of grown-up time. We revisited an old craft classic and decorated a cotton tote bag with potato stamps — easy, peasy. I made a big heart cutout from a couple sheets of disposable paper palette, which has a waxy side that you can iron on to fabric (butcher paper works equally well). That way, the little artist could go wild with the stamping, and we ended up with a nice big heart shape on Mommie's new favorite market bag.
