Things I did this weekend

1. Had coffee and a bite outdoors on a beautiful Sunday morning at Jack London Square in Oakland.
2. Gutted, scaled, and stuffed two trout that my husband caught on Friday morning at Lake Chabot.
3. Made a to-die-for Strawberry cake from this Bon Appétit recipe.

I also rescued a dragonfly from drowning and made a fresh flower wreath, but I'll keep those stories for another day. I hope you all had a lovely weekend, and wishing you a great week!
